Terry Heinrich has been building and renovating single-family homes, multi-family projects, and commercial sites since 1982.  A journeyman carpenter and licensed builder, Terry has the skills and experience that are the benchmarks of professionalism in the construction industry today.  As company owner, project manager, and site supervisor, he’s responsible, accountable, and accessible.   

Having won three gold and six silver Thompson Okanagan Housing Awards, and continuously learning more about new materials and technologies, Terry helps lead the way in home construction.  As Vice-President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Kelowna, he’s been recognized and honoured as the best by fellow builders.

As “big” as he is, Terry is a small-volume builder – and he intends to stay small.  To him, homebuilding is not about building more.  It’s about building for clients, building relationships, and building a great experience.  It’s also about quality.  The difference in a quality builder can be seen in the attention that’s given to design, materials, scheduling, consultation and communication, the quality of the subtrades involved at the site, the after-sales service and warranty – and the building of a great experience.
