Upon completion of construction, we’ll conduct a detailed inspection with you that will ensure your home has been built according to plan and is ready for occupation. We’ll also provide you an owner’s Maintenance Manual that outlines performance standards of structures, systems, fixtures, and finishes, as well as maintenance procedures and recommended maintenance scheduling.
Handing the keys to you, we won’t walk away. We’ll stand behind the quality of our work with an outstanding warranty service programme. If, in the first two years, there are defects in materials or workmanship, Distinctive Developments will arrange for repair or replacement as outlined under the St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Home Warranty. The building envelope of your home is protected for a total of five years, and its structural elements, a total of ten.
