Henderson Drive
Wrought iron details, the use of floor and roof tiles, deep colours of earth, soft lines of bleached bones – the architectural theme, transported to the sun-drenched hillsides of Black Mountain in Kelowna, B.C., is inspired by both the Italian region of Tuscany and the Tucson desert of the southwestern United States. In our Sundial homes, the emphasis is on thematic unity and the flow of design – flow between indoor and outdoor elements, flow throughout a home, flow between one home and another, and flow throughout the neighbourhood. This development phase consists of 17 terraced sites for single-family homes that overlook the city, valley, and golf course. See our drawings, floor plans, and schedules of standard features and options for the walk-ups of the Sundial Homes.
The Meadowlands
Hands-on and handcrafted in an era of mechanization and mass production. Our Craftsman style homes blend traditional materials and design features – wood, stone, gabled roof planes, overhanging eaves, exposed beams, wide porches – with the open interior spaces, fixtures, appliances, and systems technology of the 21st century. The Meadowlands, another thematically unified neighbourhood now under construction, will consist of 45 distinctive single-family homes located near the grand entrance parkway of Black Mountain. See the drawings, floor plans, and schedules of standard features and options for our Craftsman Homes.
Future Phases: The Fairways and The Uplands
The Fairways will consist of 28 estate lots, as well as a number of quality multi-family residences. In the earliest stage of its development, The Uplands will comprise 200 single-family homes and a selection of multi-family sites. More information about these neighbourhoods will be available in 2007. |
